A: I prefer Earth Tones.

Q: How did you decide to become a DJ?
A: Wow. How? I’ve been playing music from about 15 years of age with the big sound systems in Jamaica, Plus X, Aggregation and Soul Patrol. Prior to that I used to play music at home. I had a friend named Francis Brown and he was the one who encouraged me. That was when I was a schoolboy.
Q: What do you like best about this Industry?
A: The people you meet and basically the dynamism of the music. It keeps on changing.
Q: Do you have a favourite Genre or Genres of music?
A: Two – reggae and Soul Music
Q: What motivates you to do what you do?
A: The passion for it.
Q: How do you prepare for a show, play out or just a normal day in the studio?
A: What I do is basically mentally prepare myself. There is a mental preparation in terms of the people you’re gonna play for. You have to determine the age group, the genre that would relate to that age group and the era.
Q: Outside of being a DJ, what else do you find interesting?
A: Women. They are God’s gift to men.
