Q. How did you decide to become a DJ?
A. I've always been around music. My mother and father was always playing vinyl. My dad always had friends over and would play from his vinyl collection. I then started entertaining my friends, playing from two cassette decks and eventually moved to Cd's. I always dreamed of being on radio...but working behind the scene. My day came in 1997 while working part-time at The Jamaica School Of Music (Edna Manley College Of The Visual And Performing Arts as a studio engineer, where I also studied Goldsmithing at thesame college. Arnold Wedderburn worked the night shift on HOT102 and needed an engineer. I've been in radio ever since (mostly as a broadcast engineer). I started Djing seriously in 2002 at HOT102 (under the mentorship of Bunny ‘The Mighty Burner’ Goodison), moved on Newstalk 93fm and now at the KOOLEST station in the Nation Kool97FM.

A. What it does for people...bringing happiness

A. I like everything but especially dancehall...mostly anything with a heavy baseline

Q. What motivates you to do what you do?
A. The joy of seeing people enjoying themselves without a care in the world

Q. Outside of being a DJ what else do you find interesting?
A. I like a wide variety of things; anything that will allow me to use my hands. I truly love the arts, especially jewellery making.
